Four Panthers are All-OVC first team



BRENTWOOD, Tenn. -- Offensive lineman Chaz Millard, defensive lineman Trevor Frericks, defensive back C.J. James and place-kicker Austin Signor represent league champion Eastern Illinois on the Ohio Valley all-conference football team.

Panthers chosen for the second team were quarterback Jake Christensen, running back Mon Williams, offensive linemen Willie Henderson and Chris Campbell, defensive end Perry Burge and defensive back Rashad Haynes.

Christensen and Williams are also on the OVC’s all-newcomer team.

Jacksonville State quarterback Ryan Perrilloux is the OVC’s Offensive Player of the Year, Murray State end Ausen Lane the Defensive Player of the Year and Eastern Kentucky quarterback T.J. Pryor the Freshman of the Year.
