CCT to have auditions for 'A Few Good Men'



CHARLESTON — Charleston Community Theatre will hold open auditions for Aaron Sorkin’s tense military drama, “A Few Good Men,” at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 2 and 3 at VFW Post 1952, 1821 20th St. in Charleston.

These auditions are open to any community member and will consist of readings from the play. It will not be necessary to prepare an audition monologue.

There are parts for up to 14 men, ages 16 to 50. There is also one female role in the play for an actress in her 20s.

Production dates for “A Few Good Men” are Oct. 23-25 and Oct. 29-31 at the Tarble Arts Center on the campus of Eastern Illinois University.
