I travel that area often, & there are alot of walkers along there, not to mention the children who go to the school bus pick up point, early in the morning.
It would be in the best interest for the city to do something with that section of roadway, or perhaps even fill in those ravines.
I, myself, have walked that stretch, & have had to do "the hustle" to get out of the way for cross traffic.
Perhaps if the city is not able to contend with such a large project, maybe some smaller section of sidewalks could be installed, along with small foot bridges, if the ravines are really that needed there. "
