New Life of Sullivan to host missionaries, concert



SULLIVAN — New Life of Sullivan will host several missionary speakers and musicians at the 2008 Missions Conference on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday.

Pastors Dave and Debra Dolan invite the public to attend all services. Details are as follows:

- 8 to 10 a.m. Sunday, Ceitci Demirkova, founder of “Changing a Generation — One Life at a Time,” a Bulgarian orphanage, will preach a message for all ages.

- 6 p.m. Sunday, Chuck and Helen Todd, founders of World Missions Alliance, Branson, Mo., will tell of missions to Iraq, Syria, India, China and more.

- 7 p.m. Monday, Candy Hemphill Christmas concert. Her gospel roots include ties to the Hemphills and the Goodmans. At age 13 her song climbed to the top of the gospel music charts. Now a wife and mother, she and her evangelist husband, Kent Christmas, travel together. She’s worked with Bill Gaither as well.

- 7 p.m. Wednesday, Pastor K.L. Dickson will share his ministry that supports widows and orphans. His radio message reaches parts of Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania. He and his wife pastor Kabarole Christian Fellowship in Fort Portal, Uganda.
