St. Anthony's Diagnostic Center now open in Neoga

NEOGA — St. Anthony’s Diagnostic Center in Neoga is now open in the Neoga Professional Building, located at 223 East Sixth St., offering full-time diagnostic services to the residents of Neoga and the surrounding area, according to a St. Anthony’s press release.

The services offered at St. Anthony’s Diagnostic Center in Neoga are:

- Enhanced X-ray radiology services;

- Laboratory blood tests;

- Electrocardiograms (EKG).

The diagnostic center is equipped with the same advanced technology used at St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital and staffed by skilled professionals.

Robin Brown, St. Anthony’s Diagnostic Services manager, explained why St. Anthony’s wanted to open a diagnostic center in Neoga.

“We always strive to ensure that the residents of communities like Neoga receive quality diagnostic services in their hometown without having to travel a significant distance,” she said. “This service will accentuate the Home Care services currently provided to the county, as well as health fairs and screenings we offer to the area.”

Marshall Clinic Effingham, S.C. also has an office newly located in the Neoga Professional Building, staffed by David Padgett, P.A.-C.

Ryan Jennings, M.D., vice president of Marshall Clinic Effingham, S.C., explained Brown’s desire to provide services to the Neoga community.

“We have offered health care to the area since 2006 so that families can receive care for their illnesses and injuries in their hometown,” he said. “We are also pleased to have Dave Padgett on our team to serve the residents of Neoga.”

Marshall Clinic offers health care for the whole family in six locations: Effingham, Altamont, Louisville, Neoga, Newton, and Stewardson.

The Neoga clinic is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. To make an appointment at the Neoga office of Marshall Clinic Effingham, S.C., call 217-895-2320.

St. Anthony’s Diagnostic Center in Neoga is available for patients of any area physician needing diagnostic services. Patients who have a physician’s order for a diagnostic test can be sent to the diagnostic center. To schedule a diagnostic test, contact St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital Central Scheduling department at 1-800-900-1540 or 217-347-1540.
