As for your irrational work matching up car wrecks with shooting deaths, it's difficult to respond to such an irrational assertion. It's like trying to explain why fish don't make good coffee tables. Where does one begin?
But, if you insist...
There are hundreds of laws dictating what can and can't be done with a car. You can't speed. You have to use a turn signal. You have to get a license. Literally hundreds of rules designed to improve safety. Sometimes, though, there are accidents. These are things that happened that weren't intended.
There are almost no rules for gun owners.Sometimes, people are killed by guns. In many cases, these are intentional acts rather than accidents.
As for what kills people, strokes rank pretty high. Perhaps we should outlaw brains so that none could be cut off from blood flow. Oh, wait. I see that you've already volunteered for that one.
